Job Description

As an Account Manager at StradIT, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. Requirements

Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.

Experience with sales processes, contract negotiation, and account planning.

Prior experience working with financial services or banking clients is required.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.

Experience managing relationships with budget owners.
