- Accounts Payable experience required.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required, including spreadsheets.
- Experience processing vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions.
- Ability to reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Monday- Friday
