The Account Relations Manager builds bridges (not walls) between customers and the services that make their lives easier. What an Account Relations Manager Must Work on
- Communicate directly with both new and existing customers to understand their telecom needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Present and sell Frontier’s cutting-edge products and services with confidence, enthusiasm, and expert-level product knowledge.
- Deliver personalized customer experiences that build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts — ensuring follow-ups, renewals, and upgrades are handled seamlessly.
- Strategically manage and expand account portfolios, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Track sales performance metrics, forecast account growth, and provide transparent reports to leadership.
- Resolve client issues with a solution-oriented mindset and proactive communication.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions with fellow Account Relations Managers to improve strategies and enhance overall client satisfaction.
