Accountant/ HR Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant / HR Manager to oversee the company's financial operations while managing key human resources functions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports. Manage general ledger entries and account reconciliations. Generate regular financial statements. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Process payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll tax filings. Administer benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave programs. Partner with leadership on strategic financial initiatives, including capital raises, financial modeling, investor reporting, and due diligence. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding. Perform other accounting, finance, human resources, and administrative duties as needed to support the organization. Required Qualifications Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefits.
