- Support payroll preparation by collecting and entering time sheets accurately.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring documents are complete and up to date.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients to resolve billing or documentation questions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Comfortable with basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and accounting software—training provided).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed.
