Accountant (Real Estate / Construction) Orange, CA

We’re working with a growing real estate development firm seeking an Accounting professional to support multi-entity property portfolios and project-based operations.

Key Responsibilities:

•* Full-cycle accounting (GL, journal entries, month-end close)

•* AP/AR, reconciliations, and billing

•* Multi-entity property accounting

•* CAM reconciliations & lease administration

•* Job costing / construction accounting support

•* Financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis

•* Maintain records in Yardi or similar ERP

Qualifications:

•* 2–5+ years accounting experience (real estate/construction preferred)

•* Yardi required (CAM reconciliations & lease administration)

•* Strong Excel skills

•* Multi-entity / high-volume experience

•* Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
