Job Description

Manufacturing company in Suwanee, GA is looking for someone to step into their Accounts Payable department for about 2 months while a team member is out

Pay & Schedule

$19 to $22 per hour
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in office
Temporary, approximately 2 months

What You'll Do

Data entry in Accounts Payable system
Match purchase orders to invoices accurately and find discrepencies
File and organize paid invoices and supporting documentation

What We're Looking For

Basic accounts payable knowledge
Comfortable in Excel and MS Office
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Sage 500 experience is a plus
