Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Office Clerk to fulfill an immediate contract need with an exceptional company based out of Murfreesboro, TN.This individual will be responsible for:

Manage customer pricing and process customer orders.
Reconcile supplier invoices and billing records.
Answer phones, take orders, and provide customer support.
Assist with accounts payable and invoice processing.
Reconcile daily route sales and inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and process route settlements.
Perform general administrative and office support duties.

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

2+ years of office support experience to include accounts payable and accounts receivable experience
Basic Excel skills
Experience with accounting systems
Strong customer service skills
