Comfort Systems PHAC is hiring a full-time or part-time Accounting Administrator in St. Croix Falls, WI, with in‑office, hybrid, and remote potential. QUALIFICATIONS

QuickBooks Desktop experience

Experience with Microsoft Excel is a plus!

SCHEDULE: This position offers full‑time or part-time schedules, Monday through Friday from 8 am–5 pm, with in‑office, remote, or hybrid options, and overtime availability.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR

In this full-time or part-time role, you'll start your day managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices and payments flow smoothly, then transition into maintaining the general ledger and reconciling bank and cash accounts. You'll generate accurate financial reports, support compliance efforts, and collaborate with leadership to keep processes efficient and organized. Throughout the day, you'll provide administrative accounting support to keep operations running smoothly and confidently.
