Job Description
- Support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Process customer billings and ensure accurate application of incoming payments
- Review outstanding customer balances and collaborate with internal stakeholders on resolution efforts
- Assist with monthly close activities, including journal entries and supporting schedules
- Analyze financial data and provide reporting that supports management decision-making
- Participate in budget preparation and financial forecasting activities
- Maintain documentation supporting key accounting transactions and controls
- Assist with audit requests and compliance-related initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
- Partner with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy

- 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles
- Experience working with financial systems and ERP platforms is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and communicate findings effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments is beneficial
