We are currently looking for an Accounting Analyst II/III/Sr for our Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Assist in developing the annual budget and 5-year strategic financial planPrepare, analyze and report EBITDA forecasts and free cash flow projectionsAssist in managing a strategic financial modeling framework for growth projects, incorporating metrics, debt analysis, free cash flow, and other key financial componentsManage transactional and analytical accounting for all Boardwalk Pipelines entitiesConduct monthly budget center reviews and detailed account analysesPerform account reconciliations and variance analyses to maintain financial accuracyCompile and review federal regulatory reportsCreate and post journal entriesDesign, develop, and analyze comprehensive financial and operational reportsGenerate and present internal reports to support managementPrepare and deliver financial information for external customersAssist in the upgrade and implementation of financial systems
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accountingProven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and maintain an organized approach to tasksAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applicationsExperience with Oracle Enterprise Business Suite or other integrated financial systemsStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with individuals at all organizational levels
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience in finance or accounting positionStrong analytical background with knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and other key financial functionsCPA or MBA
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
