- Supervise and review accounting and tax deliverables to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering both technical and professional growth.
- Support the team in streamlining processes and leveraging technology-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality service and build lasting relationships.
- Contribute to the firms culture of innovation, fun, and professional excellence.
- Bachelors degree in Accounting (required); Masters degree preferred.
- CPA license preferred (candidates eligible to sit will be considered).
- 5+ years of experience in a CPA or accounting firm.
- Proven managerial or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire less experienced team members.
