This temporary opportunity is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable supporting both accounting and day-to-day office functions.Accounting Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department
- Assist with accounts payable functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with general accounting tasks
- Organize and maintain accounting files and records
- Support day-to-day office operations
- Ensure information is entered and maintained accurately
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative duties as needed
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle financial information professionally and confidentially
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Previous accounting, accounts payable or administrative experience preferred
