Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for managing payroll systems and procedures, including weekly payroll uploads to Paycor. This role also performs the full accounts payable cycle, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments are completed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll system and related procedures
Complete and upload weekly payroll to Paycor
Perform full accounts payable cycle
Process all vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
Ensure timely and accurate payment of approved invoices
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Schedule:
Part-time position starting at 3 days per week
May transition to a 5-day work week based on business needs
