Job Description

One80 Intermediaries is searching for a part-time Accounting Assistant to join our team!

This individual is responsible for accounts payable and general accounting duties, such as tracking expenses and completing reconciliations. They will provide customer service regarding researching payment issues for vendors and research and resolve discrepancies.

Your Impact:

Entry and tracking of purchase requisition, vendors and invoices into D365
Entry, payment, and mailing of miscellaneous invoices and commissions
Paying, tracking and reconciliation of corporate credit card transactions
Assist with monthly receivable invoicing and payment application
Prepare mail merge letters for escheatment

Successful Candidate Will Have:

Associates Degree or 3-5 years experience in accounting or related field
Experience in AR/ AP is a plus
Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel, and policy administrative systems
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines

Pay Range:

$25.00 - $25.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
