Job Description
Duties:
- Process and enter payables ensuring entry accuracy and correct GL posting account
- Maintain vendor files
- Onboarding new hires and initiating Proscreening services and applicant tracking
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, maintaining a consistent and approachable presence
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Upload weekly payroll documents
- File monthly worker's comp reports and ACA hours
Experience:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Prior bookkeeping/accounting experience is required
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Bilingual in Spanish (fluent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintain confidentiality
