Join our Fairfield team as an Accounting Associate and play a vital role in our daily financial operations.As an Accounting Associate, you will ensure smooth workflow and accurate records by managing critical AP and clerical functions. You will work closely with our administrative team to maintain the high standards that drive our success.What Youll Do:
- Process accounts payable and verify vendor statements for accuracy.* *
- Apply job costing knowledge to ensure all entries are coded correctly.* *
- Manage vehicle and equipment records, including registration renewals.* *
- Code and enter bank auto-payments, debit transactions, and credit card statements.* *
- Support office operations by answering phones and performing general clerical tasks.
- Experience: Previous experience working within a construction environment is highly preferred.* *
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of job costing and AP coding.* *
