Title: Accounting AssociateWork schedule: The position is M-F 8-5 and is hybrid. We come into the Las Colinas office 1-3 times a month Pay rate: $28.00 - $30.00/hr on W2Duration: 04/27/2026 to 10/23/2026Work location: 6555 North State Highway 161, Irving, TX 75039Job Description:
- Primary focus will be to answer phone calls from the Sales Reps of a large client.
- This entails looking up cases and providing status updates, reviewing business rules and state laws related to the account being setup.
- This person will also, perform collection, interpretation and recording of data in accordance with documented guidelines and standards.
- Provide key support for timely master data changes among their specific domain (i.E. Customer, Material or Vendor).
- Work integrally with and assist Stakeholders, Sales Administrators, Account Managers, Program Managers, Product Managers, Directors, Senior Leadership and other staff to continuously improve upon our service offerings and delivery to customers.
- Candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
- They should have excellent oral and written communication skills as both will be needed daily.
