  • Leverage systems and AI tools to automate and streamline accounting workflows, enhance data accuracy and reduce manual effort

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement more efficient accounting processes

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and payroll information

  • Provide support for special projects, audits, and organizational initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with accounting and payroll systems such as Workday, BILL.com, Expensify, or similar platforms preferred

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

  • AI tools proficiency and curiosity around leveraging technology to improve accounting operations

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and explain financial information clearly

  • A proactive, adaptable, and continuous-improvement mindset
