Job Description

ROCKWOOL GBS Finance is our financial Shared Service Center - a central unit that provides standardized, high-quality finance services to ROCKWOOL companies across and beyond Europe.

Your future team

Our department is structured into specialized teams, each responsible for a specific area of finance: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Banking and Treasury, Travel & Expenses, Business Controlling/Reporting, and Service Management.

By consolidating key financial operations in one place, we increase efficiency, ensure compliance, and support the organization's strategic goals. Beyond operational delivery, we also take part in cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements that strengthen finance integration across countries and business units.

What You Bring

While specific knowledge requirements may vary depending on the internship position, we generally look for interns that have:

  • Just started your master's studies or are in the final year of your bachelor's degree in a relevant field - you must have a minimum of one year of study ahead of you,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,

  • Availability around 30h-35h/week,

  • Good analytical skills, ability to work in a team and independently,

  • Strong attention to details,

  • Team player attitude.
