This Accounting role will manage full-cycle accounting functions including job cost tracking, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.The ideal candidate for this Accounting opportunity has a strong background in construction accounting and understands project-based financial operations. This is an in-office Accounting position. Required Experience & Skills

Previous construction accounting experience required
Strong understanding of job costing and project-based accounting
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general ledger maintenance
Maintain and track job costing and project-related financial data
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and financial statements
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial reports and support budget tracking
Review invoices, subcontractor payments, and lien waivers for accuracy
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to support construction project financial tracking

Preferred Education

Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience required
Construction industry accounting experience strongly preferred
