Job Description

Responsibilities• Support daily accounting operations, including AP/AR and expense tracking• Assist with invoice processing, vendor payments, and reimbursement reviews• Help reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts• Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation• Support monthly and quarterly close processes• Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Engineering)• Support audit preparation and compliance documentation• Participate in process improvements and system implementation (e.g., ERP, expense systems)Qualifications• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Basic understanding of accounting principles• Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP is a plus)• Strong communication and teamwork skills• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity• Interest in technology or startup environment is a plus

Salary Range: $35 - $45 / hour
