What You’ll Be Doing
You don't need to be a certified accountant to rock this role. You'll be helping our office run smoothly by:
Handling the Basics: Helping process incoming payments, cash/credit receipts, and daily vendor invoices.
Supporting the Team: Teaming up with our service, parts, and sales departments to answer basic billing questions.
Staying Organized: Assisting with filing, tracking purchase orders, and helping out with simple end-of-the-month wrap-up tasks.
Problem Solving: Looking into minor billing discrepancies and making sure our records match up.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: None required! If you have basic office or accounting experience, that’s great, but we are fully prepared to train the right candidate from the ground up.
Core Traits: Highly organized, a sharp eye for detail, comfortable with basic math, and friendly communication skills.
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent, a professional attitude, and a self-motivated drive to learn.
