- Process accounts payable (AP): invoices, vendor bills, and payments*
- Manage accounts receivable (AR): track incoming payments and outstanding balances*
- Perform account reconciliations (bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash)*
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams*
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry in accounting systems*
- Provide general accounting and administrative support
- 12 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or office experience*
- Basic knowledge of AP/AR processes*
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook*
- Experience with accounting software is a plus*
- Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and coworkers
