Responsibilities
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
- Prepare and execute general ledger postings
- Cut and receipt checks
- Run reports and statements
- Maintain and organize accounting documents and records
- Answer emails in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Ability to work well as a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures
- Have a sense of urgency with time sensitive materials
- Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- Innate desire to grow and achieve greatness
