Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing payments
  • General AP/AR
  • Billing
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Filing
  • Other general associated duties assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Well versed in CDK
  • Experience with titles and reconciling accounts
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Team player attitude
  • Computer proficiency using MS Office, email and general internet
  • Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Prompt and courteous
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
