The accounting clerk will provide accounting and clerical assistance to ensure accurate and timely processing of daily transactions.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine clerical accounting duties while adhering to established standards
- Serve as a resource for the controllers
- Reconcile cash drawers and deposit funds as needed.
- Execute accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems
- Process deals for new, used, and wholesale transactions
- Process vehicle payoffs
- Process basic accounting entries.
Requirements
Follow all attendance and punctuality standards with adherences to timekeeping standards by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and neat work area
- Other duties as assigned
