Client is currently offering a salary range of $17-18 pay rate depending on experience, plus a benefits package one perm employee!Description: This role will be responsible for handling company financial records, entering data, typing and generating work orders, assisting with budget preparations, and recording financial transactions such as outgoing and incoming checksThis role will oversee payroll, as well as any administrative task to be completed within the companyProcess accounts payable and receivable including: enter and verify bills, invoices, and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with the financial handbookProcess payments, deposits, and post into the systemReconcile checking, savings, customer and vendor accountsSet up and maintain financial records in paper and cloud-based file systems
