Job Description

Description: - - Support day-to-day legal billing operations, including invoice processing and general accounts payable activities.

  • Monitor the legal billing inbox, responding to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries.

  • Deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

  • Review invoices for accuracy and confirm that negotiated discounts and agreed-upon billing arrangements are appropriately applied.

  • Set up and maintain legal matters within the applicable billing systems.

  • Assist with accounts payable projects and other operational priorities as assigned.

  • Experience with Brightflag or a comparable legal billing platform is a plus.

  • Experience with the Zip intake and orchestration platform is a plus.
