Job DetailsJob Details:We are on the hunt for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in the Sales industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both our accounts payable and receivable (A/R, AP), ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.Responsibilities:As our Accounting Clerk, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:1. Overseeing all accounts payable and receivable (A/R, AP), including processing payments, producing invoice statements, and conducting credit checks.2. Monitoring and recording financial transactions, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.3. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.4. Reconciling bank statements and conducting periodic audits to ensure financial accuracy.5. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure all financial transactions are processed in a timely manner.6. Maintaining financial security by adhering to internal controls and procedures.7. Resolving account discrepancies by investigating documentation and making necessary adjustments.8. Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Qualifications:To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess the following qualifications:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably within the Sales industry.2. Proficient in managing both accounts payable and receivable (A/R, AP).3. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.5. Excellent numerical skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data.6. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.7. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.9.
