We're looking for a detailed and well-rounded Accounting Clerkto join our team. This is a role where you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our multi-entity organization. The ideal candidate is a QuickBooks Online pro who thrives in a hybrid work environment and possesses the discipline to manage complex accounts with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

• General Ledger Management: Process daily transactions across multiple entities, ensuring high accuracy in all fund allocations and postings.

• AP/AR Oversight: Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycles, including invoice coding, batching, and custom contract-based billing.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile account statements and perform variance analysis to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.

• Month-End Support: Execute month-end closing procedures and prepare accurate financial reports on schedule.

• Data Maintenance: Maintain the accounting database to ensure data accuracy for special projects and financial reporting.

• Payroll Support: Serve as the primary backup for payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation and tax compliance when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a multi-entity environment managing interlocking ledgers.

• Systems: Proficiency in QuickBooks for database management and audit preparation. Monday.com experience is a HUGE plus!

• Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with a focus on identifying trends, correcting errors, and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.

• Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid-remote environment, managing high-volume workloads and strict deadlines.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Teams/Outlook), and Adobe
