How You’ll Make An Impact
- Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, use tax, and capitalization
- Enter and release invoices in the accounting system
- Communicate with properties regarding invoice questions
- Payment issuing process (Check Run)
- Vendor Statement Review
- Audit credit cards, expense reports, and petty cash
- Assist with 1099 Processing
Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Intermediate spreadsheet and accounting software skills
- Strong organization, communication, and confidentiality skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Team-oriented and reliable
