Job Description

NDI is looking for a full-time accounting clerk to join our team in Thorofare, NJ. This on-site position performs a wide range of administrative, clerical, and data-related tasks to support office and project operations. They are responsible for managing digital and physical documentation, data entry, processing records, and supporting, at times, specialized tasks like financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.Salary: $45,760- $54,080 Role and Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Management: Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets (e.g., in Excel or specialized systems). Process monthly subcontract commercial invoices.
Documentation and Filing: Creating, scanning, filing, and retrieving physical and digital documents.
Office Administration: Answering phones, managing correspondence (emails), and greeting visitors.
Reporting: Preparing and checking data for reports, invoices, or financial records.
Strong communication: Ability to communicate with Program Managers and VPs.
Full time role onsite in Thorofare, NJ

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent of a (GED)
Prior experience in a clerical, administrative, or similar role (10-15 years)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Adobe Acrobat Skills and eCraft
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team
Must be U.S. Citizen with an active Secret clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to start.
