  • Assist with general accounting and bookkeeping tasks
  • Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks Online and Desktop
  • Support account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Assist with preparation of year-end tax returns, ensuring supporting documentation is accurate and complete
  • Input and organize financial information within ProSeries for tax preparation and review
  • Assist with administrative and data entry tasks as needed
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role with tax preparation 
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Experience with ProSeries or equivalent software
