Job Description
Patriot CDJR Pryor is currently hiring for the position of Accounting Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of dealership deals, ensuring all financial and contractual documentation is properly entered and maintained to support efficient business operations.
Responsibilities
- Audit and process car deals, including contracts, invoices, and billing statements accurately and efficiently
- Verify deal data for completeness and accuracy, coordinating with sales and finance departments as needed
- Maintain detailed records of all deal-related financial transactions in dealership systems
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to deals and billing
- Support month-end closing activities by cleaning schedules and reconciling deal-related accounts
Requirements
- Previous experience in dealership accounting, billing, or administrative roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency with DealerTrack accounting software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
