The Accounting Clerk will assist with leading the accounts payable process, payments, working with team members and customers. The Accounting Clerk must be ablet to work independently and in a team, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and achieve results.

What does an Accounting Clerk with Paul Davis do?

Fields calls from customers and team members and build rapport
Process AP invoices daily
Sort mail
Problem solves and helps people find solutions
Maintain Accounts Payable files
Handle sub-contractor paperwork-W-9, Insurance Certificates
Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
