QUICK BOOKS Experience required

Full time with excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Understanding of debits/credits and journal entries.

Process payments per vendor invoices in a timely manner

A/R Collections

Conduct daily reconciliations.

Knowledgeable with excel/spreadsheets.

Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.

Knowledgeable processing customer invoices/billing in Quick Books

General office duties – provide administrative support to management as requested.

This positions requires understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. Must poses the ability to multitask while responding to external as well as internal customer requests.

Job Type: Daytime hours Mon-Fri

Pay: TBD depending on experience
