JOB DESCRIPTION:
ID Technology is seeking a talented Accounting Clerk to contribute to the success of the company by performing a variety of complex accounting tasks, which include processing and auditing various accounting transactions, resolving issues and generating reports. In this role, you will…
Who we're looking for?
- Support the day-to-day processing of the department by researching invoice issues
- Manual data entry of invoices in Concur and syteline, as needed
- Research vendor statements and work to resolve outstanding issues
- Establish working relationships with internal and external customer/vendors
- Assist with special projects, as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Effective Computer Skills (Microsoft Applications)
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work with minimal direction - independent discretion judgment
- Good team player attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to focus on detail
