Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with strong QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop experience to support their high-volume operations.
This role combines accounting, inventory, order processing, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced small business environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accounting & QuickBooks:
Daily use of QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop (required)
Process Sales Orders, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Item Receipts, and RMAs (Returns)
Maintain accurate inventory, sales tax, and financial data
Assist with reconciliations and reporting
Operations & Order Management:
Monitor open Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and RMAs
Ensure timely order processing and fulfillment
Coordinate with internal teams
Process customer payments
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist with payroll and HR tasks
Support general office operations
Requirements:
QuickBooks Enterprise/Desktop experience required
Accounting or bookkeeping experience
Experience in inventory or high-volume transaction environments
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Full -time: Mon-Fri
Pay = $20-27/hr (DOE)
