We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and management skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks, supporting team members, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining an efficient work environment. The Office Administrator will play a key role in fostering a professional and productive office atmosphere.Hours Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm (32-35 hours weekly)Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Generate and process customer invoices;perform invoice data entry
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Process payroll for a small internal team
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
