Job Description
Our client is seeking an individual to join their team on a temporary basis to support during a high-volume period and assist with clearing a tax season backlog due to a staffing shortage.
Assignment Details:
- Duration: Approximately 3 months, with potential to extend or shorten based on business needs
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and administrative support to the team
- Assist with accounting-related tasks and help bridge gaps within the department
- Manage and support small to large projects as needed
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to track, organize, and report on data
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email when necessary
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and assist wherever needed
