Job Description
Part-Time Accounting Clerk (Hybrid / Flexible Hours)
Our client is a well-established chemical distribution company located in Warminster, Pa. , is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk (approx. 20 hours/week) to assist on core accounting functions within our enterprise software.
This position offers flexible scheduling with mostly remote work and approximately two days per week in our office. Excellent training will be provided.
Responsibilities include - Assist on preparing monthly financial statements and supporting reports, maintaining some general ledger accounts, reviewing accounts payable and accounts receivable, assist in processing payroll and related tax filings, providing financial information and support to management.
Qualifications:Bachelor"s or Associate"s degree in accounting or like-minded major.3-4 years of accounting experienceExperience within an accounting environment and worked with computerized accounting systemsAttention to detail and communication skills working with others in the company.
