Job Title: Accounting Clerk I
Location: Fully Remote
Pay Rate: Up to $26.18/Hour
Duration: 6 Months
Work Mode: Fully Remote
Summary:
- Temporary administrative support position
- Working Hours: 8:30-5pm EST Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Cover PO processing, project setup, submittals, and administrative tasks
- Perform bookkeeping work in an accounting department
- Post data or keep records concerning costs of goods or services or the shipment of goods
- Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience
- Prior QuickBooks experience is highly preferred
Preferred Skills:
- QuickBooks experience
- General administrative skills
- Procurement experience
