Accounting Clerk 2

Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping financial operations accurate and running smoothly? St. Joseph’s Center, a caring nonprofit organization, is looking for an Accounting Clerk II/Payroll Specialist at our Main Center. This position plays a vital role in supporting payroll and accounting functions that keep our organization moving forward. In this position, you’ll help ensure employees are paid correctly, invoices and financial records are handled with precision, and essential billing and accounting processes stay on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Process and review payroll.
  • Maintain payroll records and reconciliations.
  • Manage invoice processing and distribution.
  • Administer resident financial transactions.
  • Enter financial data and support accounting operations.
  • Provide cross-department support as needed.

What’s Required of You

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an office environment
  • Two (2) years of payroll processing experience preferred
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
