Job Description
At-a-Glance: Are you ready to build your career by joining an international energy and utilities organization? If so, our client is hiring an Accounting Coordinator (Billing Support).
Position Type:
- Contract
- On-Site
Required:
- Some previous accounting and billing experience.
- Experience with generating accounts receivable invoices, preparing for mailing, researching and resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing monthly statements.
- Experience in a large corporation.
- Local - no more than 30 minutes out.
Preferences:
- Minimum of 6 months experience.
Responsibilities:
- Bill customers quickly and accurately after receiving all required documentation.
- Manage intercompany billing for the Facility to Field Services, assigned journal entries, and ad hoc accounting requests by the immediate supervisor.
- Provide support for special projects, audits, and annual activities including budget preparation.
