Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience with QuickBooks, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

This position plays a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, and building positive relationships with vendors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable transactions accurately and timely

• Perform inventory adjustments and maintain inventory records

• Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts

• Maintain vendor and customer relationships

• Assist with financial reporting and record keeping

• Research and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure accuracy of accounting data and documentation

• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required

• Experience using QuickBooks required

• College degree in Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
