Required Skills:

• Deep understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and financial reporting*

• Knowledge of IRS form 990 filing requirements*
• Experience in hospital or healthcare financial environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance*
• 3-5 years of hospital accounting experience*
• Prior exposure to critical access facilities and cost reporting

Other Requirements:

• Critical access hospital experience*
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, day shifts, with no on-call requirements*
• Willingness to support relocation if necessary
