Accounting Finance Recruiter

Constellation Search Group is a growing staffing and recruiting firm specializing in direct-hire, contract, consulting, and payroll solutions. We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Recruiter with staffing agency experience to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple client searches, build talent pipelines, and place top finance and accounting professionals. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting finance and accounting talent within a staffing agency and can manage multiple client-driven requisitions across accounting, finance, audit, tax, and payroll functions while partnering with leadership and clients to align search strategy with hiring priorities and market conditions.Key Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and place finance and accounting talent, including accountants, analysts, controllers, auditors, tax professionals, and payroll specialists.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical fit, compensation expectations, motivation, and career goals while delivering a professional candidate experience.
• Manage multiple active searches by prioritizing outreach, advancing qualified candidates, and maintaining accurate ATS or CRM records.
• Prepare candidate summaries, coordinate interviews, support offers, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the search process.
• Use market insight and recruiting technology, including AI tools where appropriate, to refine search strategy and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with staffing agency experience required and finance and accounting recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as accountants, analysts, controllers, auditors, tax professionals, payroll specialists, and related talent.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong knowledge of the finance and accounting talent market.
• Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment with strong communication, organization, judgment, and follow-through.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting efficiency is preferred.
