SUMMARY OF DUTIES

This position is responsible for assisting our Accounting Team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS PERFORMED

Reconcile general ledger accounts.Perform accounts payable functions.

Assist in closing financial records.Document process and transaction flows.

Performs a variety of related tasks, as required.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Lifting -- Not to exceed 50 lbs. -- local practice may apply.

SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational and work related experience equivalent to High School diploma and two years of related experience.Ideal candidate will be pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Business or Information Systems.

Ability to communicate effectively and to work well with others at all levels of the company.Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.

Good writing skills.Demonstrated computer skills preferably spreadsheets, word processing, database and other applicable software programs.
