Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Accounting Intern in North Mankato-MN.
Work Authorization:To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates mustbe authorized towork in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with the month and quarterly end close process for assigned businesses or groups, inclusive of journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and manage cash as applicable
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis and investigate issues providing explanations and interpretation
- Performs other duties as assigned
You Must Have:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship with 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
We Would Also Prefer:
- Excellent analytical and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated communication and organization skills
- Strong desire to learn and add value
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and leadership potential
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 – 20.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
